From Carmarthen take the A40 signposted St. Clears.
Follow the road for approximately 4 miles, passing the Show Ground/Maes Y Sioe on your left and the Shell petrol station on your right. At the next Large signpost, showing Meidrim B4298, turn right and within quarter of a mile turn right again, signposted Meidrim B4298. Continue on this road for approximately 4 miles to the village of Meidrim. This road is very narrow and winding in places.
Once you pass the Meidrim/Welcome sign, pass some houses, a school and some more houses on your right and then the New Inn/Tafarn Newydd is on the corner. Turn right alongside the pub, signposted Abernant. Continue on this road for half a mile, passing all the houses until you reach a small crossroads. Turn right, again signposted Abernant.
Follow the road for a quarter of a mile and you will see Pleasant View on your left.
