Although we welcome disabled guests and The Annexe is all on one level, the space available does not allow for easy movement of a wheelchair.
Access from the guest parking space is by a sloping path with handrail or by steps with handrail. There is a small step over the threshold or we can fit a temporary ramp.
The bedroom and living area is carpeted and has numerous lights and power points. The kitchen has a tiled floor and is well lit with easy access power points. The bathroom has a tiled floor and a handrail beside the toilet. There is a step up into the shower, which has a fitted seat.
There is no mobile phone coverage near the property but guests may use the house phone if necessary.
The nearest doctors’ surgery and chemist are in St Clears 4 miles away.
